Ugh so confused is this my water leaking

(My first baby I had prom and had her at 32 weeks now I’m 30 with this one ) Ok so this is what has been happening.. i just went to the bathroom did my thing peed a bunch then I wiped, stood up bent down to grab something and felt weird so I pushed a little kinda like my body forced me to and then that came out.. then a few mins later the other bit came out it doesn’t smell and looks clear which is weird because my pee has been so yellow today cause I need to drink more water. But like I won’t go in because they never believe me that anything is wrong
