Is it bad to eat subway?

I eat jimmy johns at least once a week. You have a higher chance getting listeria from unwashed vegetables these days

I heard you’re supposed to heat up processed meats until they steam to get rid of listeria. But lots of processed meats are safe.

I was told deli meat is fine. They said with all the fda regulations now that your more likely to get listeria from fresh veggies these days then deli meat. I’ll I could stomach at first with my son was deli me . I ate the hell out of it lol

I work at subway and I eat subway 3-7+ times a week. Through 2 pregnancies and now pregnant with baby number 3. (9 weeks ) 
I just try to limit a tuna sub to once a week.
