Positive ovulation test but partner can’t cum 😫

Me and my partner have had sex 5 days in a row and today I got my positive digital ovulation test on clear blue ... we had sex but unfortunately he couldn’t cum 😫😫😫 he said it’s because we’ve had sex every day for the last 5 days so he says he has nothing left in him so does this mean I am out now?

Or is their still a change I can get pregnant from those other 4 days of having sex? I’m gutted 😔
