3 months late and spotting?

Hello, me again.

So quick catch up, I had faint positives on pregnancy tests. I went in for blood work and it came back negative. So I was told to just wait for my period by my doctor.

Well, its been 3 and a half months and I still haven't had it. Last month I had spotting, and yesterday I had light pinkish red spotting; today it's brown. Since my missed period, I'll think I'm bleeding but it's always just clear sticky discharge (tmi I'm sorry). I really have no other symptoms, not even PMS.

My husband still thinks I could be pregnant, but I'm confused. I usually have somewhat regular cycles, but this month it's out of wack. Nothing has changed, no stress, no nothing.

I called a different doctor to make another appointment to see if it could be something other than pregnancy and they said they would refer me elsewhere.

I just want help lol.
