Need some toning advice 😬

Ive have been dying my hair at home using Ion from Sallys but Ive never toned it and I cant figure out what toner to actually buy. Im super nervous of getting the “wrong tint”. The top of my head is super blonde. But the bottom/middle part is a different story. My bottom has always been my natural color brown, dark purple or red. The last two times I did my hair I got lightening cool blonde and its lifted my hair alot but its just not enough. I want to try and get my whole head the same color. I know I need to tone it so but I need help 🥺😫
