I believe in signs could this be true

My period is always regular i track always im 12 days late on my period ive been feeling off the lower and top backs aches tender breast lower stomache pain constant toss and turn for a good position to sleep all i eat daily is fudge brownies and lays potatoes chips so i prayed and i asked God to give me a sign yes me ans my family are very religious about christ i dont wanna offend anyone anyways i was in my bathtub i prayed and asked God for a sign and every nite i pray but heres the catch random scriptures comes to my phone and this was the scripture i got could this possibly be the sign im looking for and i should take the test im just so nervous
