Is it him or me?

I’ve been with my man for 7 months. When we first started having sex, he would finish in like 5-10 minutes. Fairly quickly (he would make sure I was satisfied before we were totally done though). Now it takes him like 30-45 minutes to finish. I’ll orgasm in like 10 minutes and it’ll still take him another 20 before he’s done. Is this normal? Is he just getting idk desensitized or something? I feel like he just isn’t as attracted to me anymore. He’s still incredibly affectionate and loving. It’s just making me feel self conscious it’s taking him longer and longer.
