Maybe pregnant...?

Hey ladies! I'm wondering if anyone has ever missed their period for months to only have some spotting but all the pregnancy symptoms? I've taken the pee tests and even went to a clinic but it was all negative. I've been told that it might have to do with stress from a previous job but I've been away from it for almost a week and there have been little to no changes. Has anyone ever had a cryptic pregnancy? I'm getting nervous.
