Endometriosis

Just got diagnosed with Endometriosis and some pretty bad pelvic adhesions a week ago via laparoscopy. Caused my ovary to fuse to my uterus and if affecting my fertility (already have 2 kids, wanted a third). If i wanted a shot at pregnancy i would need another surgery that could take a few hours . Eventually i was told I am going to need a hysterectomy. Im so new to all of this i was just wondering if ladies who have this could possibly share their experiences with me.
