Is this miscarriage or there's still some hope?

So yesterday was my 6 weeks and 5 days and I bled (fresh red blood plus few clots), so I went to the ER, they did my blood/urine/ultrasound tests. They said they couldn't see anything in ultrasound (external/internal), but my blood and urine test is showing positive. Anyways, the doctor said that it could be a miscarriage 🙄 and has asked me to come after 2 days to get my blood test again 😞. I am still bleeding its not heavy bleeding, but from time to time some small little blood clots come out. Please pray for me that everything goes well. Also I did pregnancy test at home and my lines are showing positives, but they are a bit light not as dark as previous weeks.
