Confirmed positive by blood test

Went to the ER Sept 11 got a abdominal Ultrasound, and A vaginal Ultrasound both could not confirm or hear a heart beat. baby measured 6w1d..

I got a “intrauterine gestational sac measuring 39.5 questionable fetal pole of 4.3 mm and no evidence for fetal heart beat.” on Thursday Sept 17 my cousin brought over a Doppler from her office as she works at an OB office. and she tried to find my baby’s heart beat and she detected a 144 bp but couldn’t hear it :/ ... my appointment is next week.

I’m beyond nervous, overwhelmed, scared, thinking the worse.. and praying for the bests... idk what to think or anything anymore.😭
