I did! Even though it was fairly regular due to the pills (plus I could see where I was in the cycle by the pack) I liked to track symptoms and just keep an eye on things.

Definitely not a stupid question...i tracked my cycle when I was in both the pill and the shot. For me it was a way to keep track of the things going on with my body even if cycles were irregular that way if anything ever felt off then I would have that information to pull from, especially if you end up having to go to the Dr for anything.. which I did so it was helpful. It's also helpful if you ever decide to  stop your pill,  to know when you should get your cycle especially if you're sexually active and need that guesstimate.
