Reoccurring Under boob and chest rash

Literally driving me crazy. Have a dr apt Thursday so will bring it up then but could this really be PUPPS even though it’s not on my stomach? About 2 months ago I got it more on the boob rather than under it. It was the same one. Went away after about 2 weeks. Now had for about 2 weeks and it’s spreading a bit to the center of my chest as well as now under the boob. Literally driving me crazy. Itchy throughout the day but mostly at night. Could be pupps even though it’s not on my belly? Never had this in last pregnancy.
