Nexplanon and pregnant?

Hey girlies so I need some help. I got my nexplanon put in around March and I’ve been sexually active ever since then. I keep getting nauseous in the morning and throughout the day, I have a sensitivity towards smells, I’ve been eating nonstop, my stomach is big, I haven’t gotten my period in over a month and before I work get it every other week, and multiple people have told me that I can possibly be pregnant. I took a pregnancy test about four days ago and I got a very faint line. I’m planning to retest, but could there be a possibility that I could be? I’ve had three friends of mine be on nexplanon for a year or even more and got pregnant on it.
