Herpes

About a month ago I got the news that I tested positive for HSv 2 and I could believe it because I have never had an outbreak or the symptoms that people say the itching the burning painful sores but ever since I found out I have this tingle and some itch feeling just a small it that comes and goes I’m always checking down there to see if I feel a sore or a bump and I take pictures of down there and I feel nothing nor see nothing I’m on acyclovir and I don’t thinks it’s working I take it everyday and I also take lysine and I rub coconut oil with tea tree oil but I always feel that small tingle but like I said I don’t see a sore or feel one. Anyone that can give me some advice on this Herpes type 2
