TMI INCLUDING PICTURES !!!!

i am at a loss for words i haven’t had sec in over 2 weeks and shower every single day i don’t know what is going on down stairs... i basically haven’t been the best with my pill and i think it could be something seriously wrong but i still live with my mom and don’t want to go to a doctor with her to explain this

it’s brown , dark red , white and i swear even a little green i don’t know how to fix it ?? HELP !?!?
