Am I pregnant ?

Question

My period is now late by 5days
Yes I took a pregnancy test but it showed negative 
A while after I saw pink spotting once n then I never saw it again for the rest of the day . My boobs are super painful belly cramps back pain ,headache slight 
What do I do
Am so confused

Some people just don’t seem to show up on a hpt. I don’t know why but they just don’t. I had a slight pink tinge spotting when I wiped, my boobs were sore (very first symptom was lightening pain in my nipples the day I was supposed to start my period)- they were so sore and heavy I just wanted it to stop, and I started getting mild headaches when I normally don’t get headaches. The headaches definitely made sense when I had gotten a ppt. Good luck. It could be pretty much anything but you’re not out until your period comes.

Could be due to stress , stress does alot of stuff to ur body
