How to wake up sleepy baby??

Hi I know I’m supposed to feed every 2-3 hours but ivebeen trying to wake my girl up for ab 2 hours now and nothing is working 
Tried holding her upright,  cold compress, talking to her, undressing her 
Please help she needs to eat and idk what to do

Hand express into a spoon and feed to her while she sleeps. :) my lactation consultant taught me this trick because my baby refused to wake up sometimes!

Has baby regained birth weight? If so, let them sleep. Even right after birth, my daughter wouldn't wake up to eat, but then she would clusterfeed when she was awake to make up for it. My midwide and lactation consultant said it was fine as long as she had a good amount of wet and poopy diapers.

Is she underweight? Why wake up the baby? Why not wait for them to let you know when they're hungry and ready to eat?

I know they tell you to wake the baby up. But seriously I never really did that.. In the hospital they told me the second night "I'll be back in 4 hours to wake you so we can feed the baby" (i only needed to wake him up every 4 hours because he was a big heavy healthy baby) and she never came back, baby wasn't hungry until after 5 hours.. When I woke up I was like "oh shit! She didn't came, is baby ok..?" baby was ok.. He ate normal and gained good weight the next weighing. The next day I had a different nurse and she made me feel like a bad mom for not waking my baby every 2 hours, while the other nurse told me to wake him every 4 hours & while my instinct made me feel like a bad mom for waking the baby at all while he was clearly sleeping. (dreaming, moving around, turning his head,..) 
In addition our baby has never eaten when I woke him up, or even when I offered him food if he wasn't hungry. He has always refused food he didn't ask for. I wish I had such strong character. Definitely when it comes to food!

Skin to skin. Change the diaper. Give her a bath if all else fails. How old is she? Has she been eating well otherwise?

Sometimes I'd use a wipe on her back or feet.
