Working Moms, what do you do when you come home from work?

What are some things you do after returning home from work to disinfect and prevent covid from entering the house before touching your baby?
I put my clothes in hamper, wrap my hair in scarf, immediately take a shower... anything else?

I’m starting Wednesday and my plan is to leave my shoes and coat in the garage, immediately go in the shower and throw my clothes in the laundry basket. Also wipe down my phone with a Clorox wipe. I’m even going to go old school and use brown paper bags for my lunch so it’s one less thing to disinfect.

I leave my shoes outside, spray my keys and phone, clothes directly in laundry, shower and depending on where ive been I might wash my hair.

I don’t get home until midnight, so it makes it easier because neither of mine are awake, but as soon as I walk in the door, I kick off my shoes & take off my scrubs.  I disinfect my keys, id badge, phone, & water bottle.  Then I hop in the shower.

I work in healthcare, I take my shoes off immediately by the door not with the other shoes. Take my scrubs off and put directly in washer. Disinfect my phone. If I can take a shower I do, but when I'm unable to, I wash my hands and arms up to where my scrubs top sleeves would end with soap and water.

I work at a hospital and honestly haven’t changed much I never wear my shoes in the house anyway but I just change out of my scrubs and shower when I get home which I did pre covid but my baby is in daycare so I just try and do the best I can.

My husband works out of home. I work from home so I don't do much except clean when I can. But he takes off his shoes outside, clothes off in the laundry room right when he walks in, immediately takes a shower (hair included) and then comes nd asks how our day was and holds the baby. I don't even really know what else he could do but I feel like thats been the best way. If I'm out and about its the same thing when I come home.
