Bleeding ingrown hair

Hi so I had an ingrown hair around my groin area (I took out the hair 2 days ago) and it started bleeding a dime size right now on my panties.. I tried cleaning it with alcohol pads... bleeding has lessened .. what’re some other care tips please?
