Feeling like my coworker hates me

We both co manage a storage facility and we are on site managers, so we live here. She is hot and cold and doesn't like to get close to people. Which is fine we don't have to be best friends. I am naturally a friendly person, but I do try to keep a respectful distance.

It's like when I do my job well she doesn't like me, but sometimes when I make mistakes she is friendlier. Sometimes she's not though. I am forgetful so I make mistakes more than her but I always try my best and never break any rules. So I know she's not going to try and get me fired but it's so hard I do my best everyday and I am always filled with anxiety that I'm forgetting something.
