Can you still get a negative at 11 dpo if you’re pregnant?

I’ve been having MAJOR symptoms, but I haven’t gotten a positive test yet. Is it still possible I will? I have been getting lines on the pregmate pink strips but not on anything else so I’m just assuming they’re a bad batch. My nipples are insanely sore, protruding, and I can feel the glands in them right under my nipple which I’ve never been able to do before. I’ve had shortness of breath since 7 dpo, among other symptoms.

I just really don’t know. I’ve had symptoms so long I would think I’d get a positive by now.
