12 month old is so fussy and clingy and I’m just frustrated!

Is this normal? For the past few weeks LO has been clingy and fussy over silly things like changing clothes, diaper, etc. I feel like we can’t even go anywhere because she just gets fussy in a new setting. She hates sitting in the car seat for more than 10 mins. She doesn’t go to anyone besides me or my husband, not even her grandparents. She hasn’t been eating well. Only eats like 3-4 things. It’s gotten so frustrating! Where did my sweet baby go? Is this a part of becoming a toddler? What the hell is going on?
