Pantothenic acid and breastfeeding
I have been breaking out with cystic acne since March and I watched a video on YouTube saying taking pantothenic acid pills help clear up acne. I breastfeed my son twice a day, once during his nap like 15min and again at night before he sleeps. Is it safe to take?
