Stronger smell after IUD

I got the Kyleena IUD about 2 months ago and have noticed a much stronger smell down there since then. I usually take AZO daily feminine probiotic and that keeps everything fresh, but lately it hasn’t seemed to work.

It’s not a fishy dirty smell, but just much stronger. It’s embarrassing when I’m at the gym or wearing athletic shorts. (And yes, I wash properly with unscented soaps, don’t douche, cotton undies and use panty liners) has anyone had this similar issue after getting an IUD?

(I’m out of state at college so I can’t schedule an appointment with my GYN until December. I messaged her office and then RNs were no help):)
