I stopped a low dose birth control pill a week ago

I was on the pill for one month and done the 7 days sugar pills. During that I started bleeding real heavy with clots. Then I started a new pack and slowly quit bleeding but then started spotting so I decided to stop the pills after a week and 2 days ago I had sex and when he got up I was covered in blood and it hasn’t stopped since. I have clots just falling out of me when I sit on the toilet and I’m filling a pad every 2 hours or less. What do I do? Please help I don’t have insurance or money to go to a doctor.
