Painful hsv 2

I was diagnosed with HSV a couple months ago. Im having my second outbreak and im in so much pain 🥺😭 idk what to do. I started taking meds 2 days ago. My sores look bad. Its on only one spot. Not as bad as my first outbreak but this one gurts just like the last one did. Im literally crying rn. Iv tried putting itch and irritation cream in it, it helps temporarily but i feel like its making it look worse. Idk what to put on there? I just took a shower, im letting her air dry. Please give me some advice if you ladies have any. Im so done with this 😞😔
