New routine
Starting distance courses at home so starting a new routine:adding in the morning a 45 min walk before studying every day .Starting next week as soon as à got my school material.Was supposed to get up at 8:15 am but I’ll get up at 7:00 am to get my fresh air and my exercise dose .
Think it’s a good idea cause I think after my day of studying that won’t tempt me .I can’t wait to start it !
