Newborn won’t sleep on flat surface
My 5 day old newborn will not sleep on a flat surface. I stay up all night with him because he absolutely refuses to sleep on a flat surface (his bassinet). He struggles to go down at all but if he does, he is crying within 5 minutes. Is this typical with newborns or does anyone have any tips? Tried swaddling and pacifier. First time mom.
