Adderall as a child Chronic Fatigue as Adult

Okay guys. From the time I was 14 until I was 18 I was prescribed Adderall. And took it every day for my ADHD. Well now I am 23 and am battling EXTREME Fatigue.

I have gotten b12 injections, over the counter b12 pills and prescription. I had a sleep study done. I completely cut out caffeine for 3 months. I have completely changed my diet to eat more superfoods and lots of protein and high energy foods. THEY DO NOTHING. Absolutely not a thing. Besides the b12 shots making me shaky. I force myself to excercise even if it’s a 10 minute walk a day.

I had blood work done about 6 months ago and I am vitamin b12 deficient as well as vitamin D deficient. My b12 was a 312 and I can’t remember my vitamin d.

I don’t know what to do anymore. Iv seen several doctors over this but nothing they give me helps. Besides when I was on Adderall. But I haven’t taken it in years so I don’t know if it will even help now.

I’m so tired of being tired. I am literally so over it. I can sleep 6,7,8,9,10 hours it doesn’t matter and then wake up and be ready to sleep another 4 or 5 within the next hour or two. It’s starting to really effect my day to day life. I live off of energy drinks at this point. 1/2 a day, every day. And I’m afraid to keep doing that because I don’t want to have a heart attack at 25.

I don’t want to get on adderall again, I looked sickly skinny. I was never hungry, I didn’t look like myself and I didn’t feel like myself.

Update: yes Iv had my iron and thyroid checked, i had a full blood panel done twice. I even had an X-ray done bc i swore up and down i had PCOS or something but everything is normal besides low b12 levels and vitamin d levels. I’m completely healthy. All organs functioning natural and healthy.

Eating certain foods won’t help believe Iv been to SEVERAL doctors. I’m literally drinking 30+ oz of super creatine bang energy drinks on top of a 5 hour energy shot a day just to keep myself awake for my 8 hour shift. And then I go home and take a 2/3 hour nap before waking back up for an hour or two just to go back to sleep for 8/9.

Also Coffee does absolutely nothing but give me the shits. It actually makes me more tired after about an hour.
