Help! TMI random bleeding?

I went to the bathroom earlier and there was kind of bloody cm when I wiped. There was nothing on my underwear and when I’ve been to the bathroom since there has been nothing?

I’m on the combination pill and have been for about 7 months, I have been taking it continuously without a break for the past 3 months. I also had an incredibly stressful week so far, and when I’ve googled it said it could be stress - but it could also be implantation bleeding?

I’ve never seen implantation bleeding before and I sure hope I’m not pregnant. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I’d really appreciate it :)
