Gallbladder removal while breastfeeding newborn?

I'm currently in the ER and was told I need my gallbladder removed and some blockage today, they are figuring out where to send me that does both procedures. My son is 2 months old as of today and exclusively breastfed, never had a bottle. Has anyone had experience with this or any surgery while breastfeeding and being away from your newborn? I'm freaking out a little, especially since I've never had any surgery and I'll be all alone since my husband has to stay with our 2 sons 😩 any advice is much needed💕
