Spotting at weird times

So this is month 3 of trying and last month I had spotting a week before my period which didn't think anything of. This month during when I'm suspecting I ovulated(I dont test for it just look at cm) I had a little spotting and now 4 days later I'm spotting again. My period isn't due for about 10 days. I have sent a message to my OB but wanted to hear others experiences. Thanks!
