Bleeding after sex

Sorry TMI but I bled today during sex and I had got off my period 5 days ago so I’m not sure why? Anybody know what could possibly be going on with me? This has only ever happened to me ONCE when I was about 1 month pregnant and it was implantation bleeding. I’m not bleeding anymore but it was very light and bright red... so I’m sure it wasn’t the end of my period. Also me and my partner have def during my periods all the time. But this time I know for sure it couldn’t be my actual period. I’m hoping it’s not from trauma. I’m not feeling any pain actually. It hurts a bit during sex but not like I’m in excruciating pain it actually feels good... please help!
