Pregnancy possibility

Was taking the mini pill but my dr for some reason wouldn’t refill my prescription. So once I ran out I started my period again. Right after my period ended my boyfriend for got to pull out! My period is late by a week now and I’ve always been regular and can count on my period coming on time. I took a test 2 days ago said negative, so now I’m not sure if it’s just too early to tell or if my birth control threw my period off 🤷🏻‍♀️ side note if I am this will make #3 and my first two I got pregnant on the first try 😅. Do y’all think I’m prego or bc fucked me up?
