Vvfl?

I had some very weird spotting for the past two days, and thought it was my period. I've been diagnosed with PCOS, and my period is very hard to track, so that's why I didn't think anything of the cramps and other symptoms. Decided to test, even though I know if it was implantation it probably wouldn't show up yet, but then I started over thinking it and now we're here 😂😭
