What makes a name “unprofessional”?

Baby name searching online and some of the names I come across that I like, people say it’s “unprofessional”. How can a name be unprofessional? 🧐

If it sounds like a cartoon character or  stripper or fragrance, it's hard to take that person seriously. Example, can you imagine someone named Princess Wynter being introduced at a board meeting or sitting in the senate? It may be cute for a baby, but for a grown professional, names like that can be a hindrance.

Anything cutesy I feel like could come off as childish and thus unprofessional.

When people name their babies after things like fruits or colors.. or names like “Precious” or “Princess” .. or they throw a bunch of apostrophes in there that’s when a name becomes unprofessional. 
It may look cute on a personalized swaddle blanket and sound cute on an infant but put it at the top of a resume and try to tell me with a straight face that you wouldn’t make a comment as a hiring manager or a college admissions coordinator. 
The child will eventually become an adult and that adult doesn’t want to have to explain their name to everyone, or look like they can’t spell their own name because their parents decided to add a bunch of silent letters in there to “be original”
