spaying cost for puppy? 400?

this was my estimate and i can pay for it but i just wanted to know if it should cost this much? i read online that’s it’s usually $300 or less so i’m unsure if i should look elsewhere.

You can call around if you want. I paid $350 each to spay/neuter my cats

I used to work at a vets office, and spaying/neutering was $400 there. But different places have different prices. 
Definitely call around and ask for estimates!

Call different offices and ask what their price is. Itll be different. Or look for low cost offices in your area. Theres one around me that only does spays and neuters and is much cheaper than other places.

You can look around. We got ours for free because a nearby shelter was doing a deal. They tried to spay as many as possible for free.
