Should I mind my own?

So I recently got new neighbors. They are super nice for the most part ! All the apartments have 2 bedrooms in the complex

and recently they’ve had up to 6 adults and 5 kids in the apartment staying with them. I wouldn’t care and I would mind my own but they are super loud and are constantly drinking and talking about how someone is trying to get someone arrested and that’s why those 2 people are there. They have new people in and out of the house daily. I would feel terrible but it’s affecting my daughters sleep because they stand outside out windows and just talk sooo damn loud. We’ve asked them before to not and they move and say sorry but it’s a nightly routine at this point. They also have started using my plant as an ash tray. My question is should I mind my own business or go ahead and call the property management? I would honestly hate to but I can take broken glass everywhere constantly swearing and people all the time.
