Anything else

So I’m taking medication for my uti I just got it this morning the medication n I feel exactly the same. Is there anything I can buy to relieve the pain it feels so uncomfortable even sitting down or walking. I’ve tried AZO pills for 2 days but I can take those anymore bc it says only use for 2 days.. I’m going on a road trip Tonight I don’t wanna be stopping every 10 minutes to pee 😭 and I’m on my period ugh
