Help!!

So I have a doctors appointment next month and I’ve been on and off with this guy for about 2 ish years and we’ve been have sex on and off. But recently a lot and I’m 18 and so my mom still comes to the doctor with me because I’m a little shy but I was just wondering if an adult doctor still asks if I want the parent to leave when they ask if I’m sexually active. I don’t want my mom to know and this is my first time going to an adult doctor. Thanks in advance for your help!
