My work makes me uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do.

So I've been at my new job for a little over a month. I'm a receptionist at a chiropractic practice. I started noticing strange books in the doctor's office about scientology. My coworker and I did some investigating and every single write up we do and policy manual we've read was written and created by Ron L. Hubbard. Even as a receptionist, I'm being forced to call and be pushy and aggressive towards patients to try to guilt them into coming in for treatment. Which, after much research, is also how a scientology based business is run. I've told my manager I'm uncomfortable being so aggressive because it isn't really my personality, and he always says "we'll work on that." My coworker and I even had to take lengthy personality tests at our interviews, which is apparently why we were hired. The way we scored on our test showed that we would be the easiest people to convert. My manager had said before that he is a scientologist, but I didnt think anything about it at the time. I respect people's ability to have their own set of beliefs, but when I realized that my coworker and myself were being manipulated into following the same set of ethics, I felt extremely violated. We both do. Its against our belief systems.

I'm not sure what to do. I dont want to work for them anymore. My mind feels taken advantage of. My family is telling me that I shouldn't even go back on Monday. I wish I could just do that, but I'm not that person. I always give notice, but I honestly don't think I could stand it another 2 weeks. No one should feel this uneasy at work. My coworker and I have been in touch this weekend trying to figure out how to handle this. In your opinion, what should we do?

*DISCLAIMER: If you are a scientologist I am not attempting to disrespect your beliefs. That is your human right to have those. I only disrespect the fact that a company based on such beliefs would try to trick its employees into conversion.
