Need advice!

Ok, so I’ve been having seeing this guy for a little while and he told me he had a vasectomy but I am getting a little concerned that he wasn’t being honest. Or could it be in Gods plan I ended up getting pregnant? The last time we had sex was 10 days ago (unprotected) and I’ve been having cramping in my lower abdomen and back for the last day pretty consistently. My period isn’t regular so it’s hard for me to track when I ovulate. Also my last period was very light. I hardly needed to wear anything, most days and was a week early.

I know it is too soon for my period to be starting. Even with my period being irregular. Could this cramping be implantation cramping or something else??
