First cycle after a Chemical Pregnancy

Hi ladies. I’m 42 and earlier this month had my first BFP, followed by a chemical miscarriage a week later. My dr suggested trying again as the first few months after can have a good chance of pregnancy again. Been using a digital opk to track and started getting high readings last Monday 9/21, and got a peak reading on Friday 9/25. My husband and I BD from 9/23-9/27. At my drs advice I’ll start taking progesterone supplements tonight. My question is, have any of you had a cycle like this immediately following a chemical that led to a successful pregnancy?
