Could this be reflux?

My baby has bad reflux when laying down after she eats, she is always choking back on her spit up and being woken up from it.

We have yet to talk to doctor about it but I was curious if other symptoms of reflux could be not liking being help upright (or at all) or tons of squirming. Baby is 7 weeks old and she is constantly squirming while being fed and fussed when being held. Is she pain?
