My anxiety prevented me from enjoying my daughter during a carefree moment recently and it’s really affecting me. I feel so sad about it and wish I hadn’t been caught up in my anxiety. I want to be there for her to enjoy all the happy, joyful moments but it’s really hard sometimes.
