Very long and hard labor

I had my little boy this mornjng after 21 hours of labor with 3 hours of pushing before we had to use the vacuum. He was slighly transverse. His head was to the side which made it harder.No matter how hard I pushed he wasnt coming out.So my midwife was amazing and was there for me every step of the way decided I needed some help. He came put with his cord around his neck 3 times and not breathing as well as he should. Hes in the nicu now but they say hes doing amazing!! He should only be there a couple more hours. Even though it was hard and exhausting I love him with all my heart. Good luck ladies!
