Is it too late to use a swaddle on a 4 week old?

To try to help him sleep in his crib? He only wants to sleep with me. Anything that'll help him sleep in his crib? I'm thinking of buying a swaddle but wondering if it's too late to do that

When my daughter was a baby she couldn’t stand swaddles until she was about 4-5 weeks old. It’s definitely not too late.

You can safely swaddle until baby starts to roll over on their own ☺️

Not too late for a swaddle. Baby may still prefer you, but you can definitely try the swaddle and see if it helps. I loved the Halo sleep sack swaddle.

We still use a swaddle with our two month old. She doesn’t like her arms tucked in, so we just swaddle her core. You can certainly try it! We use Halo brand.

I don’t really think anything will help at that age. Baby just wants to be with you. It’s instinctual.
