Foundation Recommendation

I have struggled with acne for a while, and I'm looking for an affordable foundation to help hide it. I am only 17, so I know it is very normal for me to have it, but I would still like to buy a foundation for the days I have to take pictures or make videos. I have very red, dry, fair skin. It is hard for me to find the right shade for me as well, because (as my mom calls it), I have "peaches and cream" skin. It is a mixture of pink and yellow undertones. My neck is yellow but my chest is more pink. I'm sorry if this is too long, I just wasn't sure if anyone had something that could possibly help me. Thank you😊
