Lump under skin

I’ve always had this lump under my skin by my bikini line area where it meets my thigh. What is it? It only ever bothers me (not painful or etc) if I mess with it for too long. Doesn’t hurt. I can do sexual things and nothing. My kids jump on me all the time (lap) and it doesn’t hurt. It goes away and then when my anxiety flares up I go and see if it’s there. And it involves me poking around where it’s usually at and it’s like I make it come back or something. I’ve had this since I have had my oldest so.
